A few common questions to get you started.
How do I invite the other parent?
Once you've created a family space, open Family → Invitations and send a secure code. They enter it when they sign up, or in Family → Join a family.
Can messages be edited or deleted?
Messages cannot be edited once sent. You can hide a message from your own view, but the underlying record is preserved for accuracy.
Does the Communication Coach send messages automatically?
Never. It only offers a suggestion. You always choose whether to use it, edit it, or send your original.
Is my address shared with the other parent?
No. Private profile fields like home address and phone are never shared unless you explicitly turn them on.
What happens if I'm removed from a family?
Access ends immediately. Records that already exist in that family remain in the family's shared history.
