Consider whether uploading a document or piece of information is necessary before sharing. Every file asks you to choose “Private — only I can see this” or “Shared — my linked co-parent can see this” before it uploads, and nothing is shared with your co-parent unless you choose Shared.
Do not rely on the app as the sole way to communicate urgent information about a child.
AI suggestions are helpful, not authoritative — always review before sending.
